Payment made via Bank transfer

We accept bank transfers, domestic and international. Any bank charges are to be paid by the sender. 50% needs to be paid at booking confirmation and Full payment has to be made 28 days before the first tee-time.

Note, international bank transfers can take between 3 to 7 days. Vouchers will be emailed upon receipt and clearance of bank transfer.

Payment made via Credit Card

50% needs to be paid at booking confirmation and Full payment has to be made 28 days before the first tee-time.

There is a 2% banking charge of the total amount of your booking(s) when paying by credit card. This is in line with all commercial enterprises to balance the Credit Card company charges.
Unfortunately we do not accept American Express cards.

Refunds and cancellations

All courses have a last cancellation date that differs between 7-30 days. Any cancellations made during the allowed cancellation period will be charged 10 Euros for each course cancelled. Any cancellations made after the allowed cancellation period will be charged the full price of the green fees. If not showing up you will be charged the full price of the green fees.

Cancellations and refunds on rainy days require a stamp on your Ulrika Golf & Villas Voucher from the caddy master confirming that it is too rainy to play. The golf courses decide when the courses are closed and when to stamp vouchers for refunds. Any modifications after the first golf booking will carry a 3 Euro charge for each golf course that must be re-booked.

Prices are subject to change with suitable notice at any time by Ulrika Golf & Villas.

Golf insurance (for non Spanish federation players) is sometimes not included and has to be paid directly to the caddy master at the rate of round €2 per Player.  We shall advise you in advance if this payment is required.

The service provided by Ulrika Golf & Villas is simply the best.
